Jai Kirin Kaur
Jai was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2009 by Golden Bridge Yoga, under the teachings of Gurmukh and Tej Khalsa, with the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Since falling in love with Kundalini, Jai decided to teach. Jai was awarded her teaching certification in 2012. Jai continues to study as a daily practice, Kundalini Yoga under the direction of Tej Khalsa, Nine Treasures Yoga.
Most recently Jai has given back with weekly classes for the Women’s Shelter, The Friendly House for women in crisis in Los Angeles.
Jai comes from an extensive teaching, and Personal Training, background, teaching Group Exercise and Personal Training in Toronto, Canada, where Jai was born. Later, upon moving to NYC, Jai continued to teach in every major fitness club including Equinox, Crunch, Bally’s, Gold’s Gym, Sports Clubs and Private Clubs.

the purpose of life is to do something which will live forever.”
