Scott Conti
Scott Conti took his first yoga class in January of 2016, with the intention to lose some weight. Little did he know how powerful yoga actually was. After a few short months, Scott lost nearly 50 pounds of body fat and realized how much yoga was really doing for his mind as well. Scott battled depression, addiction, ADHD, and OCD… so he can relate!
“With the power of yoga, I learned how to love
myself again.” So yoga became his passion, with a vision to help others find the light.
 
In January of 2019 Scott earned his first 200-hour YTT certification from the wonderful Yoga NoHo Center and has not looked back. He is currently taking a deeper dive into the anatomy of the human body, studying reflexology, and
learning more about nutrition. Scott is constantly educating himself on new things, and opening new doors. “I’ve just become so open to being open, and I truly want
to help others find what I have found.”
