Hey I’m Shaelle! I help people observe their thought patterns and strengthen their physical body through stillness and movement. I started to take my yoga practice seriously two years ago at a very low point in my life.
In what seemed like a split second, I lost a corporate job that I poured my heart into which left my body and mind feeling weak and empty. Yoga taught me what my habits are in moments of loss, pain and discomfort.
Most importantly, it taught me that I have the ability to heal myself through those moments. I want to work with disciplined individuals who may have never experienced the magic of yoga but who are eager to add balance, flexibility and strength into their daily lives. Namasté!
