For the seekers and dreamers with a burning desire for expansion and heart-opening transformation, our renowned 200-Hour Teacher Training awaits!

Have you discovered that yoga is your calling? Do you want to take your passion and love for this practice to the next level? There is no better way than to immerse yourself into Yoga NoHo’s 200 Hour Teacher Training. Whether you want to teach or you just have a profound desire to strengthen your mind, body and soul, then this training is for you.  In addition, our affiliation with the Yoga Alliance will make your certification valid anywhere on the globe.

Whether you have been practicing yoga for many years or are just beginning on your journey, we invite you to approach this process as a study of oneself. While there is a science to yoga that involves a curriculum, studying, practicing and memorizing, there is also the artistic side that allows for the creative spirit within you to be expressed. We believe that a good teacher understands and can articulate the anatomy and alignment of each pose, while also embracing that each individual body is unique and must be respected in both its limitations and abilities. In other words, there is no one way to practice, however, there is a smart way which calls for safety and acceptance of each individual’s process.

Led by YOGA NoHo teachers and a few expert guest instructors, our comprehensive training will give you a greater depth to your practice along with the grace and confidence it takes to become a great teacher.

Our program meets all the requirements of the Yoga Alliance. Upon completion, you will qualify for the 200-hour RYT certification.
