This workshop will give you tools to cope with depression and/or anxiety. You will learn breath-work and yoga poses that connect to mental health, providing you with more knowledge and access to healing, keeping personal empowerment at the core. Together, we will create a safe space for you to come as your are, express yourself, and make connection with others, expanding your community of support.
