For the last 14 years Karen and her team have offered transformative retreats to India, Bali, Fiji, and Jamaica along with local retreats to truly change lives. Our retreats blend an experience of learning the unique culture while partaking in wellness everyday for your optimal experience. We take care of every detail, providing an all inclusive offering so you can have the freedom to indulge in anyone of our retreats. From the moment you leave Los Angeles to stepping onto the enchanting retreat, you are taken care of every step of the way.
Now we want to take you to Southern Italy and Bali in 2027. We are working on the details now, but if you are interested and want to have some basic details, please email us. Please find the photos above from our last retreat in Bali and Fiji. We also have some basic information below of what we always offer for anyone of our transformational retreats.

What is included in our retreats (some details may change, but this is our standard)

How Long: When traveling abroad we like to offer either 9 or 11 night stays

Transportation: Free pick up and drop off to and from the airport

Accommodations: We always stay in authentic retreat places that offer upscale accommodations. We stay away from large corporate offerings that we feel take away the energy and authentic retreat experience, while offering luxury or eco-luxury retreat facilities.

Meals: Two to three meals per day, consisting of authentic organic cultural foods

Daily Activities: Movement / Yoga Classes, Breath Work, Meditation and Sound Healing

Excursions: Depending on the retreat we always offer several cultural experiences in our retreat offering. For example; when we went to Bali, included in the price was Massage, Fire Ceremony, Water Blessings Ceremony, Cooking Class, Temple Tour and Waterfalls. When we went to Fiji, we included One Massage, Cacao Ceremony, Snorkeling, Village Tour, Cooking Class, Waterfall, Pearl Farm, and Coco Farm.

One Body Massage: We always try to include one body massage.
What is not included in our retreats

International and domestic flights to and from the Retreat City (we will pick you up at the airport)

Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Personal expenses such as souvenirs, (alcohol) phone cards, or optional activities outside the retreat program. Any transportation not included on our itinerary.

Additional massages or therapies beyond those included in the retreat package

Visa fees or related travel documentation costs

The cost will depend on the duration and location of the retreat. We have been known to charge less than any other business as our goal is to provide you with the best authentic cultural and wellness experience at the most reasonable cost. So far our retreats have been anywhere from and all inclusive retreat that cost from $1799 -$3500
