As a student she has studied with numerous respected yoga teachers in the United States and India and continues her studies in all aspects of yoga. Her passion for restorative yoga started while she experienced an injury as a professional dancer over 20 years ago, and realized the importance of restorative yoga as a way to compliment her natural desire for vigorous yoga styles.
Now more than ever, she has witnessed students feel more stressed out and definitely will prescribe restorative yoga. As yoga teachers, she believes that continual education is key for both the teacher and student. Come join her for this very special and intimate restorative yoga training.
